1. Parties
Services are provided by EdgeWorks LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company trading as EntityLinks, to business customers only (agencies and consultants). Not a consumer service.
2. The service
Done-for-you build and hosting of independent topical websites, ordered through the portal on a prepaid credit basis. Deliverables as described at order time.
3. Credits
1 credit = $10 USD. Credits are a prepaid balance: non-refundable, expiring 12 months from grant, spent oldest-first, redeemable only against service items, never for cash or further credits. Item prices in credits may change with 30 days' notice; orders already submitted complete at submitted prices.
4. Ordering and delivery
Orders complete on QA approval and go-live. No revision rounds; deliverables are final as delivered. Link removal or retargeting requests are actioned free of charge at any time.
5. Conformance
If a delivered site materially fails to conform to the ordered specification, notify within 14 days and we will correct the non-conformance or re-deliver. This is the sole remedy for defects.
6. Domains
Domains are selected, registered, held, and managed by us as part of the service; year-one registration is included in the build price. The customer acquires no right, title, or interest in any domain. On expiry of a site's paid period, the domain remains ours and may be lapsed or reused at our discretion.
7. White-label
We do not contact or contract with end clients. Customer is solely responsible for its own client relationships, pricing, and representations made to its clients.
8. Platform risk
Search engines and AI systems index, rank, and cite at their sole discretion. We make no warranty of indexing, ranking, citation, mention, or traffic, and customer acknowledges third-party platforms may change treatment of any site at any time.
9. Acceptable content
Intake data must be lawful, accurate, and supplied with authority to use it. We may decline or cancel builds for content we judge unlawful, deceptive, or reputationally unsafe, with the credits returned to balance.
10. Data
Intake data is processed as customer's business data solely to deliver the service (processing terms per the Privacy Policy; DPA available on request). No end-client outreach, ever.
11. Liability
Liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim; no indirect or consequential loss; nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Suspending or closing an account
We may suspend or close an account at our discretion. A suspended account can still sign in and see its orders, sites and credit history, but cannot buy credits, place orders or renew sites. If we close an account, any credits bought and not yet spent are refunded at the price actually paid for them; credits granted free of charge are not refunded. This sits alongside clause 3: you cannot cash out credits, but if we end the relationship we refund what you have not spent. Sites already delivered stay live until the end of their paid year and are not renewed after that. A site is taken down before the end of its paid year only for a breach of these terms.
13. Boilerplate
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Changes to terms with notice; assignment; entire agreement.
