You buy a balance, then spend it.
Payment happens once, up front, and buys a credit balance. Ordering a site spends from it. That is the only reason credits exist: it means you can buy at a volume rate today and place the orders as your clients come in, rather than having to commission twenty five sites the same afternoon.
The prices above already include all of this. You never need to do the conversion yourself, and the portal shows both the dollar and credit figure at checkout.

Why do credits expire after twelve months?
Because credits are a prepaid balance, not a currency, and prices move. Twelve months is deliberately longer than any normal buying cycle: if you are ordering sites, it is not a limit you will meet.
Spend is oldest-first, so topping up never shortens the clock on what you already hold, and if prices change we give thirty days' notice so you can spend ahead of it. What we will not do is hold your money indefinitely against prices set years earlier.
Are purchases refundable?
No. Credit purchases are final, and you will see that at checkout rather than discover it afterwards.
What you do have is a conformance remedy: if a delivered site materially fails to match what was ordered, tell us within fourteen days and we will correct it or rebuild it. Separately, a link can be removed from any live build on request, through a support ticket.
Will these prices change?
They may, in either direction. If they do, anything you have already ordered completes at the price you ordered it at, and anyone holding a balance gets thirty days' notice before the change takes effect, so there is time to spend at the rate you planned around.
Is there a minimum or maximum order?
The minimum spend is $50, which is one additional year on an existing site. The largest order you can place yourself is 83 sites. For more than that, email us and we will set it up directly.
Do prices include tax?
All prices are in USD and shown before tax. Any tax that applies is added at checkout.
What's included in the price?
The build, its own domain registered and managed for you, a full year of hosting, a human check before launch, and the handover: the live site address and the pages carrying your links, on your order and by email at go-live. Renewals at 5 credits a year cover the domain, hosting and management.
What does a renewal pay for?
Real infrastructure for a real, live property: another year of domain registration, fast global hosting, and management, at 5 credits. The first year is included in the build. We charge for continued life because the things that keep a site credible cost money every year; a renewal is the maintenance of an asset your client is present on, priced plainly. If anyone offers you links that stay live forever at no cost, it is fair to ask what is holding them up.
