Refund policy

All credit purchases are final and credits are non-refundable, whether or not they are later spent, and they expire 12 months from grant. This is stated at checkout before payment.

Delivered builds include a 14-day conformance remedy (correction or re-delivery) as set out in the Terms of Service.

Link removal or retargeting on any live build is free at any time.

If something has gone genuinely wrong with a payment (a duplicate charge, an amount mismatch), contact [email protected] and we will put it right.
